When in Christchurch, New Zealand, one should definitely not miss these lovely ladies at the Arts Centre. They sell delicious fudge at their Fudge Cottage and are a delight to chat with as you travel through. This photo was taken in September 2005. Soon I'll be headed that way again and will stop to visit them in order to take gifts of fudge to Winter-overs at McMurdo and Scott Base.
