Leslie's Laptop Case

Just before leaving for the Chicago trip, I finished the laptop case my grown daughter requested. I knitted a big rectangle for miles, then felted it in the washer and it took days and days to dry, even in this high and dry desert climate of western Colorado. In fact, it still wasn't quite dry when I left. But when we returned home it was waiting on the counter all soft, thick and dry. I'll wait until Leslie flies in (3 weeks from now) so she can pick a liner fabric, then I'll cut in the handles. Brown Sheep bulky or worsted weight doubled was used throughout. It's a great project for using up bits of leftover wool. I like it enough that I think I'll make one for myself. Thanks for the idea, Leslie!
